Refunds

It is very IMPORTANT that you sent to us an email with all the information about the reason are you applying for the refund, as any return that arrives without the form will not be refunded or exchanged, if applicable.

The order will be refunded in full, except for shipping and postal collection costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

HOW LONG DOES THIS PROCESS TAKE? Returns can take up to 20 business days to process from the day we receive the return. We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed. For returned items, a full refund will be given for the returned products. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
