All orders are shipped from our factories within 3 to 15 working days.

-Cancellation : Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

-Premium Express Delivery (Loss & Theft Insurance) : Priority processing at the factory. Insurance against any type of unforeseen event: theft, loss, shipping damage.

-Packages are not processed or transported on weekends and local holidays.

-Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to external factors beyond the control of Breeze and Cave the delivery service.

These factors can influence, but are not limited to: extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc...

-In addition, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual (e.g. Black Friday, CyberMonday, Valentine's Day...).

*The buyer is responsible for any possible extra customs and customisation problems.
